You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to buy from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Product photographs are illustrative: colour, packaging, and bottle finish may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.

Fragrance is subjective. Scent notes, longevity, and projection differ from person to person depending on skin chemistry, climate, and application. A fragrance smelling different on you than you expected is not a defect and is not grounds for a return — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice; the price that applies is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods, not when you receive an order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, resale, bulk buying, unserviceable addresses, or stock unavailability — and will refund you in full if we do.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, CVV, or UPI credentials. Cash on Delivery may be offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn for accounts with a history of refused deliveries.

Fragrances are for external use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from eyes, flame, and children. Perfume is flammable — store away from direct sunlight and heat.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch-test before full use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity; ingredient information is provided on each product page and it is your responsibility to check it if you have known allergies.

All content on this site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, and the The Fragrance Theory name — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use it commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site by automated means.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or its database.
• Post reviews that are false, defamatory, obscene, or that you were paid to write.
• Resell our products without our written authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.

By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish, reproduce, and use it in connection with our business. We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews that breach these terms, but we are not obliged to monitor user content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government action.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The site may link to third-party websites and marketplaces. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

Before starting proceedings, we ask that you first raise the matter with our Grievance Officer so we have a fair opportunity to resolve it.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
